BRTIRUS1510A is a six-axis robot developed by BORUNTE for complex applications with multiple degrees of freedom. The maximum load is 10kg, the maximum arm length is 1500mm. Light weight arm design, compact and simple mechanical structure, in the state of high speed movement, can be carried out in a small workspace flexible work, meet the needs of flexible production. It has six degrees of flexibility. Suitable for painting, welding, injection molding, stamping, forging, handling, loading, assembling, etc. It adopts HC control system, suitable for injection molding machine range from 200T-600T. The protection grade reaches IP54. Dust-proof and water-proof. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.05mm.

Precautions for Storage and Handling Caution:

Do not store or place the machine in the following environment, otherwise it may cause fire, electric shock or machine damage.

1. Places exposed to direct sunlight, places where the ambient temperature exceeds the storage temperature conditions, places where the relative humidity exceeds the storage humidity, or places with large temperature differences or condensation.

2. Places close to corrosive gas or flammable gas, places with a lot of dust, salt and metal dust, places where water, oil and medicine drip, and places where vibration or shock can be transmitted to the subject. Please do not grab the cable for transportation, otherwise it will cause damage or failure of the machine.

3. Do not stack too much products on the machine, otherwise it may case machine damage or failure.

BORUNTE axial force position compensator isdesigned for a constant output polishing force, usingan open-loop algorithm to adjust the balance forcein realtime using gas pressure,making the axiaoutput ofthe polishing toolsmoother. There are twomodes to choose from.which can balance the weightof the tool in real time or be used as a buffer cylinder. It can be used for polishing occasions, such as thecontour of the outer surface of irregular parts, withcorresponding torque requirements on the surfaceetc. Buffer can be used in work to reduce debuggingtime.
