BRTIRUS0805A type robot is a six-axis robot developed by BORUNTE. The whole operation system is simple, compact structure, high position accuracy and has good dynamic performance. The load ability is 5kg, especially suitable for injection molding, taking, stamping, handling, loading and unloading, assembly, etc. It is suitable for injection molding machine range from 30T-250T. The protection grade reaches IP54 at wrist and IP40 at body. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.05mm.

BORUNTE axial force position compensator isdesigned for a constant output polishing force, usingan open-loop algorithm to adjust the balance forcein realtime using gas pressure,making the axiaoutput ofthe polishing toolsmoother. There are twomodes to choose from.which can balance the weightof the tool in real time or be used as a buffer cylinder. It can be used for polishing occasions, such as thecontour of the outer surface of irregular parts, withcorresponding torque requirements on the surfaceetc. Buffer can be used in work to reduce debuggingtime.
